| I was shocked when I got home to find that the coconut cups I bought at shop rite were so hard that I could not cut them in half with a steak knife after being told that they were fresh. I had bought these with two steak & kidney pies which I discovered just outside the shop that they were not as fresh and nice as I had expected, then I noticed that I was charged 22.99 each. I immediately went into the store to correct this error where the young lady who had served was apologetic and realised she charged me the above instead of 13.99, I accepted her apology with understanding that we all mistakes, but the coconuts when I got home made me very upset. Anyone who shops at this store needs to be careful, the smiles are put up while stabbing you in the back. Fresh fresh, rubbish. I will definitely bypass this store next. I live in ixopo over 100 km away. Rating 2 By the way the difference on the pies was refunded. |
